Dark Devotion proposes an immersive and richly detailed story, the dark narrative of the irresistible call of your Templar's religion. Each encounter challenges your moral strength, piety, and conviction as you progress through your cursed pilgrimage. Evolving in four unique worlds, each with incredibly rich environments, you will wield dozens of weapons in your quest to uncover the secret of the Temple while pushing back dark adversaries and diabolical bosses whose main mission is to destroy your soul and damn you for eternity.

GAMEPLAY

In Dark Devotion, you will discover a whole collection of weapons, armors, and relics to enhance your character. Each item is customizable using mystical runes and has its own attributes and statistics. It is essential to optimize your strengths and adapt your inventory to the enemies encountered. Choose wisely...
Dark Devotion is a story mixing perseverance, dedication, and secrets. Every chest opened or every item encountered holds a part of the story: be it a letter, a weapon, or a clue, they will all help you in your quest. Whether you find these secrets in the heart of the shadows or in the hands of another deceased character... it all depends on you.
In the Temple, faith is the only recourse against pagan hordes. Defeat them to recover Faith and unlock secret passages, special chests, and more. But don't forget to use your Faith sparingly, as nothing is eternal.
The Temple eagerly wishes for your death. Your survival depends on using the right item at the right time to heal your wounds or cancel a curse. Some of these items can be looted, and others are scattered within the Temple in secret locations. Use them wisely, your life depends on it!
Your Divinity's gaze is always watchful. Perform an act of bravery or talent, and your Divinity may bless you. But despair and illness run rampant in the Temple, ready to eliminate anyone lacking courage and temperance. Learn the ways of the Temple quickly, or you will suffer.
Salvation is fleeting, so choose your path wisely. Each world of Dark Devotion offers multiple paths. Each one is unique, but they are all connected, and their only common point: you cannot turn back.
The fulfillment of your quest requires a keen interpretation of the hidden secrets in the Temple. You can easily stray, a situation that can be salvific... depending on the secret discovered. The Temple may reveal to you a hidden altar where you can save your story if you honor the Temple as it should be... or maybe not.
